- <H3> Aran holds a PhD in Political Science (University of Melbourne, 2012), his research and advocacy have resulted in recommendations by the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade (2012), and submissions to the task force on Australia and the Asian Century (2012). His work as a strategy consultant has seen him deliver outcomes such as the strategy paper ‘Business Development Strategies for the Chinese Aviation Industry in the Australian Education Sector’ presented to Air China’s General Manager on 15 May 2015, and the strategy ‘Carlton Football Club: Heart and Soul of Multicultural Melbourne’, for the Carlton Football Club.
